"Chris is very personable, and knowledgeable. He finished his work on schedule, and at a price that was reasonable. During the course of the work a defect was discovered with one of the roof's components that may have necessitated some rework. Chris and I discussed the impact of the defect on the overall project and the issue was easily resolved. I believe this was an excellent example of Chris's experience, and his ability to solve problems if, when, they occur."

"Chris and his team came out, did some research, and checked back in with me to understand the complete scope of my project. I wanted to add 2 inches of polyiso and re-deck my roof with zip system. He then provided options for a shingle or a synthetic roof (F-Wave). His quotes were competitive but I am most impressed by the caliber of work, thoroughness of understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. What also made my project more complicated is that I was going to get solar installed so the solar installers needed to install their brackets before completing the installation of shingles. I would recommend Chris and his team for someone looking for "outside insulation", a synthetic roof (f-wave, brava or davinci) or a traditional shingle work. He gives options and recommendations for budgets at all levels."

They have really professional craftsmen who work well for the Five Star Plus 25year warranty covering top aspects of quality program of Certainteed with better 40 year Pro shingles, ridge caps, edge starter, nosing, etc. The Cupertino inspector cleared roof all inspections really easily. What we loved about Exclusively Roofing, was their completing all the dry rot really well as well as they put in 2 bathroom fans appliances on roof as a courtesy. They got our roof done at peak rainy season. Their quote was quite competitive to 5+ majors. saving us thousands of dollars. Incidentally we found them from a neighbor house, and it turned out the owner Chris had done our previous house roof 20 years ago! We are happy!"
