The price we were quoted was reasonable and there were no unexpected charges. We did have an unexpected delay to the project but Kendall communicated that with us hours in advance and discussed options for the revised timeline. The crew was very professional and kept things tidy while working. I was able to work from home during the entire project without any major disruptions. The cuts needed to be precise and they took their time getting it right. A 2 day job became 4 and they me and my tenants informed through.
